What is the Pack 4900 – Blue and Gold Banquet?

The Blue and Gold Banquet is a ceremony designed to celebrate the Cub Scout’s birth in America in February 1930. During the ceremony Scouts will get their first opportunity to be awarded their Rank for the that Scout Year, and participate in the Tribal Paint Ceremony. Lunch, Raffles, and Birthday Cake… This is a HUGE EVENT, 100% Scout Participation is expected!!!!
