Greg Zieber – WeBeLoS Den Leader

Hello, I’m Greg Zieber, a WeBeLoS Den Leader. For six years, I was a member of the Naturalist Scouts in Toledo, Ohio.  The Naturalist Scouts are affiliated with Venture Crew 7399 and have been in existence since 1966.  Their three main goals were adventure camping, public service, and knowledge of the outdoors.  During my time as a Naturalist Scout, I hiked the Grand Tetons,  Smokey Mountains, and rode my bicycle 1,300 miles from Freeport Maine to Nova Scotia, down New Brunswick,  and back to Freeport, Maine.
Two years ago was my first experience with Scouts BSA, as my son Ethan joined the Tigers.  It has been a fantastic experience with Pack 4900, last year my daughter has also joined scouts as a Lion.  I believe Scouting provides outstanding guidance to help children learn timeless moral values, which they can practice their entire life.
