Cub Scout Day Camp 2020

Who Can Attend?

Any registered Cub Scout (including kindergarten graduates) may attend day camp.

What Time Do They Start?

Most day camp programs start around 9:00 a.m. and end around 3:00 p.m. each day. They usually run for three to five days in a row. Your district will provide a Walking Leader’s Guide for your adults, which will have specific schedule of times and programs. If you do not know what district you are in or are unable to reach your district’s day camp director, please contact the Heart of America Council at 816-942-9333 or 800-776-1110. They will put you in touch with the District Executive serving day camp in your area.

Day Camp Registration Form 2020 – please register as a PACK! If you have Scouts from other units attending with you, they MUST register under their HOME UNIT!!
Scouts paid in full on or before April 24, 2020 – $70.00 per Scout
Scouts paid on or after April 25, 2020- $80.00 per Scout
Scouts added at camp – $90.00 per Scout
New Scouts (including new Tigers – new Kindergarten graduates) who register after April 24, will be offered the $70 rate at whatever time they sign up for Day Camp.
Adult Day Camp Pre-Order Form – Adult and Den Chief pre-order form needs to be place by May 9th. Orders may be purchased online here.

Day Camp Refund Policy

 Day Camp Refunds are NOT automatically given. All refunds must be requested within two weeks of camp ending. Please review the refund policy for further information

Trading Post

A Trading Post is available at camp from which souvenirs can be purchased. Your pack can pre-order items for adults and Den Chiefs, but it is not required.
